Kelly Reilly (born 18 July 1977) is an English actress. The role she played in the show, After Miss Julie, at the Donmar Theatre in London was the catalyst for her becoming a London-based star and she received an Laurence Olivier Theatre Award nod in the Best Actress category for 2003. Walter Smith, her father was a market researcher working in the industry of computers and Lora Smith who was her mother was a psychotherapist. Courtney's parents split when she was seven. Courtney was able to spend time with both parents at various levels. Jennifer is her elder sister, is a marketing executive. She was a student at Menlo Atherton High School (Atherton Calif.) and Tamalpais High School (Mill Valley, California) and graduated in the year 1985. She was also a performer with Ensemble Theater Company Mill Valley during her high school years.
